At Lumewalls, all products are custom-made and printed based on the requirement to ensure design accuracy, quality, and finish. Each order is created specifically as per approved specifications. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing

All orders are custom manufactured after purchase. Once an order is confirmed, production begins at the manufacturing facility.

Order processing and production times may vary depending on product specifications and order volume.

Typical processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.

After dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all standard orders. For the sample orders, there will be shipping fees which will be calculated at the checkout depending on location.

Taxes and Duties

For European Union,

Value Added Tax (VAT) will be included in the product price at checkout, according to applicable EU tax regulations. Orders are shipped using delivery methods designed to minimize additional charges to the customer wherever possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package. If you have not received the tracking code within 5 days of ordering, please contact our customer service by replying to the order confirmation or emailing us with your name and order number to info@lumewalls.com

Damaged Deliveries

If your package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept delivery and inform us immediately at info@lumewalls.com. A replacement will be arranged as per policy.
