1. From what price does your wallpaper range start ?
By Square Feet rates as show in each design page:Usually, the cost of material is mentioned as ‘cost per square foot – this cost needs to be multiplied by the total area to be covered to get an idea of the total cost.
2. Can I choose a different item during the exchange?
We provide replacement of the same product only. So, the damaged product will be replaced by a new intact product with the same design.
3. Is there anything I need to take care of before an exchange?
Make sure the original product packaging is intact before the pickup to ensure a hassle-free exchange.
4. Can I use an image to create wallpaper?
Yes, you can upload your picture and make a custom wallpaper design with preview option. But for Proper customization, we can connect with our expertise team as per the need. Please send us an email explaining about your requirements.
5. What kind of a wall should you ideally have for a wallpaper installation?
6. What kind of glue do you use?
Our glue is made by mixing CMC powder and water mixed in a specific proportion. The CMC powder is included in the shipment for every order.
7. Do you provide Installation support ?

Durability and Care
1. How durable is vinyl wallpaper compared to other types?

4. Can the wallpapers peel off easily after Installation?
No. Don’t worry about that. Our wallpapers don’t peel off at all once the glue is completely
dried up.
5. How long does wallpaper typically last?

7. Are Wallpapers Hygenic?
As wallpapers are easy to clean, they are also hygienic in comparison to wall paints.
8. How durable are the wallpapers?
9. Is the Wallpaper transparent? Can we look through it?
Not at all. Our wall-coverings are completely opaque. Nothing behind the wall-covering is
visible after the installation.

Material and Quality
1. What are the different types of wallpaper materials?
We provide mainly 4 types of Paper materials Non-woven, Canvas Texture, Premium Canvas
Fabric and Peel & Stick. Along with that we have 2 more types 3D- Embossed for Specific
designs and Goild foil for custom options. Types of Paper
Which wallpaper material is best for high-moisture areas like bathrooms or kitchens?
Mostly Our all wallpapers are water-proof especially Canvas texture and Canvas Fabric, so they can go in Bathrooms and Kitchens as well.
3. How to choose the best wallpaper that will last?
All wallpapers have different benefits (explained in Paper type Information) and most them
have 5-10 years Durability based on the maintainence.
4. What's the difference between peel and stick wallpaper and traditional wallpaper?
Peel and stick wallpaper is adhesive-backed and easier to install, whereas other wallpapers
requires separate adhesive.
Samples
1.Can I buy samples before ordering wallpaper?
Yes, you can have samples to help you choose before placing a full order by clicking Order Sample option and selecting the design and material you prefer.
2. Do you provide samples of Peel and Stick wallpaper?
Yes, peel-and-stick samples are also available with the same option.
Order and Shipping
1. How long does it take to receive my wallpaper after ordering?
Delivery time within the Indian mainland is 3-6 working days. If delivery is going to be longer than 5 working days you will be notified by email. But international orders may take 5-12 days.
2. Can I track my wallpaper order?
Yes, tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
3. Do you ship wallpaper orders internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available with extra cost (based on weightage of the parcel and the shipping pincode) . The delivery charges are displayed on the website once you enter the pincode.
4. What should I do if my wallpaper arrives damaged?
Contact customer service with photos of the damage Products.
5. Can I cancel the order after it has been shipped?
6. I entered the wrong shipping address. How do I update this before my order ships?
Contact customer service right away to change the address before they process your order.
7. Do I have to pay VAT/TAX for International Orders?
Yes you might have to pay the custom duty charges based on the country location. This will not be included during the order placement.
Warranty
1.Does Lumewalls provide any warranty?
We cover any damage to the parcel during delivery and/or any printing defects only, for which an exchange will be provided. All our wallpapers have a life of 5-10 years depending upon the maintenance. However, we do not offer any warranty on the products after the installation.
2.How durable are the wallpapers?
Our wallpapers last for at least 5-10 years depending upon the maintenance and type of walls you have.
3.If the wallpaper is faulty what is your returns policy?
In the unfortunate event of a fault please return the product to us with the labels – it should not be necessary to return all the faulty products. Please do note that You should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. Carefully examine the first 2 or 3 lengths on the wall, to ensure there are no faults. If at this
stage you are in any doubt as to whether the paper is faulty please stop work immediately and contact us. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.
