LUMEWALLS will not pay for any design exchange shipping – customers are responsible for the cost of exchanging the product(s). Shipping fees will only be covered if the return is the result of a shipping error due to Lumewalls.
All returns must be in original mint and clean condition. Returns for used products – including opened, damaged, scratched, programmed, and burnt – will not be accepted.
Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the day of purchase.
We do not offer refunds/exchanges on customized products (custom-sized murals, custom designs).
We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse pickup policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. Our policy is

You can email us with product defected images within 5 days from the date of delivery.
