Right of Withdrawal
Consumers cannot exercise their right of withdrawal for products that have been personalized by having custom-sized printing done according to their specific requests and demands.
Refund and Return Policy
If you wish to exchange or return any product purchased on the Lumewalls Online Store, the return period is within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the products meet the criteria specified below or are unopened
- If the products have manufacturing defects
- If a different size than the one you provided is required (for custom prints)
- If you receive a different product than the one you ordered
- In case of any damage caused by the shipment (a damage report must be prepared, otherwise returns and exchanges will not be accepted)
If you meet at least one of the above criteria, you must submit your return and exchange request to the info@lumewalls.com. Refunds for approved requests are processed within 1-7 business days.
Quick cancellations
If you’ve just placed your order and changed your mind or realize you’ve ordered the wrong size, you can always cancel or correct it before we’ve even started the production. It should be within 3 hours of the order purchase.
